2/1 Year Adjustable Rate Mortgage

A 2/1 ARM has a fixed interest rate for the first two years of the loan and adjusts annually after that time. 2/1 ARM's have comparable rates to 3/1 and 1/1 ARMs. Like all other ARM products the interest rate is a combination of the index used and a designated margin.
